|Recommended: YesComfortable Community — Very large community that can be rather intimidating at first. Neighbors are very friendly in person, they don’t like our dog very much although they live in the dog building, has created some anxiety issues with her. The parents let their kids out in the hallways sometimes passed 11 pm riding an electric car up and down the halls, lots of screaming with no supervision. However, these are the most negative and only negative aspects of this complex, just the behavior of particular tenants. The staff is wonderful and pleasant, one even remembers our names. We wish the dog walking area was a bit bigger, especially since most people park way too far forward it can be near impossible to walk without hurting myself on their cars or stepping in dog poop others do not pick up. The maintenance is very attentive, we’ve had a few issues that were resolved thoroughly and they even initiated follow ups to ensure everything was satisfactory. All around, this place is home, and I feel good coming back to it every day. Thank you Briarwood.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Stay — I am having a comfortable stay here at Briarwood, staff is responsive, renovation is looking good, newly painted walls etc. Only issue I have is there are pets in neighbor and the dog starts making noise which is damn irritating at night. Seems its chihuahua and noice is horrendous.
Rest all is fine. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all my friends and colleges.
